1. Introduction

EzHomeo is a digital clinical workflow and repertorisation support platform operated under the brand name “EzHomeo” by Omnoryx Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India (hereinafter referred to as “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing, registering, purchasing, or using EzHomeo through www.ezhomeo.com or associated applications, you (“User,” “Practitioner,” or “Doctor”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. License Grant

Upon successful payment and activation, the Company grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use EzHomeo for professional clinical practice.

Ownership of the software remains solely with Omnoryx Technologies Private Limited.

3. Platform Scope

EzHomeo provides:

  • Clinical documentation tools
  • Repertorisation support
  • CRM functionality
  • Access to repertories including Kent, Murphy, Synthesis, Complete, Boericke, and Phatak
  • Future repertory and Materia Medica updates (as applicable)

EzHomeo is a clinical support system and does not replace professional medical judgment.

4. Clinical Responsibility

All clinical decisions, prescriptions, and treatments remain solely the responsibility of the Practitioner.

Omnoryx Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for:

  • Treatment outcomes
  • Diagnostic decisions
  • Patient management results
  • Any direct or indirect damages arising from medical use of the platform

5. Payment Terms

Users may access EzHomeo through:

  • Free Trial Plan
  • Monthly Subscription Plan
  • One-Time Lifetime License

The Free Trial Plan may be offered at no cost and may include usage limits, duration limits, or other restrictions decided by the Company.

The Monthly Subscription Plan is billed periodically and remains active only while payment is successful and the subscription is valid.

The One-Time Lifetime License provides continued access to the platform for the lifetime of the product, subject to these Terms, fair usage, and acceptable use policies.

Failure of payment, payment reversal, chargeback, misuse, or breach of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access.

The Company reserves the right to revise pricing, plan benefits, usage limits, or billing cycles for future users.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Free Trial Plan:
No refund applies to the Free Trial Plan, as no payment is collected from the User.

Monthly Subscription Plan:
Users may cancel their Monthly Subscription at any time.

Cancellation will stop future renewals, but access may continue until the end of the active paid billing period.

Payments already made for an active monthly billing period are non-refundable, except where required by law or where the Company confirms a duplicate payment, technical billing error, or failed activation of access.

One-Time Lifetime License:
Refund requests for the One-Time Lifetime License may be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

A refund may be approved only if the User has not substantially used the platform and the request is found reasonable by the Company.

After 7 days from purchase, Lifetime License payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or where the Company confirms a duplicate payment, technical billing error, or failed activation of access.

General Refund Terms:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Company from the registered email address or phone number of the User.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable commercial timeframe, subject to payment gateway and banking timelines.

The Company may deny refund requests in cases of misuse, account sharing, violation of Terms, excessive usage, fraudulent activity, or refund abuse.

If access is suspended or terminated due to breach of these Terms, no refund will be payable.

7. Referral Program

Users may receive referral benefits, discounts, or credits as decided by the Company from time to time, subject to:

  • The referred doctor completing eligible payment
  • The referral being properly attributed before payment
  • Referral benefits not exceeding the amount paid by the User
  • Company discretion to modify, pause, or discontinue the program

Referral benefits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed as cash unless expressly allowed by the Company.

8. Data Ownership

All patient and clinical data entered into EzHomeo remains the property of the Practitioner.

Omnoryx Technologies Private Limited does not claim ownership of user data.

The Company may use anonymized and aggregated data for system improvement and analytics.

9. Acceptable Use

The User agrees not to:

  • Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the software
  • Share login credentials
  • Use the platform unlawfully
  • Upload harmful or fraudulent data

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User.

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate access in cases of:

  • Breach of Terms
  • Non-payment
  • Fraudulent activity

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Jurisdiction shall lie with courts in Guwahati, India.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By selecting the “I Agree” checkbox during registration or purchase, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
