8. Analytics & Cookies

Optional analytics and campaign measurement are on by default for new visitors. Previously saved choices, including opt-outs, are kept. On ezhomeo.com and www.ezhomeo.com, Google Analytics measures page visits, app-link clicks and form-attempt events. Microsoft Clarity may create heatmaps and masked website session recordings while analytics is on and after safe acquisition capture. Form values and referral codes are excluded from analytics.

On app.ezhomeo.com and the EzHomeo Android application, optional usage analytics follows the same default-on setting unless you have already opted out. It measures product use without patient or clinical content, transcripts, reports, contact details, filenames or free text. Clinical screens are not recorded.

Use Analytics settings in the website footer or app to turn optional tracking off. Turning tracking off stops new optional collection on this page without discarding form drafts. If you turn it back on, website tracking resumes on the next page load. Navigation and form submission remain available without analytics.

A necessary first-party cookie remembers the default or your saved setting. While the relevant tracking purposes are enabled, an opaque first-party acquisition receipt links approved arrival context to verified registration for up to 30 days from first observation, without extending on direct return. Advertising storage and advertising user-data settings must both be enabled to retain click evidence and measure eligible registrations in Google Ads. Ad personalization remains off. Turning tracking off revokes optional acquisition linkage and pending exports; necessary preference history and accounting records are retained separately.

Website contact, trial, and partner forms use Web3Forms to deliver submissions to Omnoryx Technologies. Fields may include name, email, phone, role, clinic or institution, city, partner details, and message or notes.
