8. Analytics & Cookies

On www.ezhomeo.com, we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand visits and improve the website. They may process visited pages, referring site, approximate region, browser or device type, clicks, and scrolling. Clarity may create heatmaps and session recordings. Sensitive form fields, including Aadhaar and medical license numbers, are masked.

On app.ezhomeo.com and the EzHomeo Android application, usage analytics is enabled by default. Google Analytics 4 / Firebase Analytics records app-use events such as sign-up, consultation progress, report use, recovery, and checkout, together with the app version and screen name. It does not record patient or clinical content, transcripts, reports, contact details, filenames, free text, full URLs, record or payment identifiers, or advertising IDs. Data is not used for advertising and is retained for two months.

App users can disable or re-enable analytics under Profile → Privacy-safe analytics. Disabling it stops future app analytics collection. Website visitors can restrict cookies in their browser or use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Website contact, trial, and partner forms use Web3Forms to deliver submissions to Omnoryx Technologies. Fields may include name, email, phone, role, clinic or institution, city, partner details, and message or notes.
